1. Definitions and Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every use of the Footballshopunited.com website, to all offers from Football Shop United, and to all agreements concluded through the website or otherwise between Football Shop United and the customer. "Football Shop United" refers to the company operating the website. "Customer" refers to any natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with Football Shop United.

By using the website, placing an order, or entering into an agreement, the customer expressly agrees to these terms and conditions. If the customer does not agree, they should not use the website or services.

Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if explicitly confirmed in writing by Football Shop United. Any general terms and conditions of the customer are expressly rejected, regardless of when they are invoked.

2. Formation of the Agreement

An agreement is only concluded after Football Shop United has expressly confirmed an order or has actually executed it. Football Shop United reserves the right to refuse, cancel, suspend orders, or impose additional conditions without stating reasons.

Obvious errors, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock errors, technical malfunctions, or administrative mistakes, are not binding on Football Shop United. In such cases, Football Shop United is entitled to cancel the agreement without any obligation to pay compensation.

Football Shop United reserves the right to cancel orders if there is fraud, abuse, incorrect data provision, or a justified suspicion thereof.

3. Prices, Payments, and Payment Risk

All prices are subject to obvious errors and may be changed at any time without prior notice. The customer cannot derive any rights from incorrect price indications.

Payment must be made via the payment methods offered by Football Shop United. Football Shop United uses external payment providers and is not liable for malfunctions, delays, or errors within these systems.

If a payment is reversed, refused, or disputed via a payment provider or bank (including chargebacks), the customer's original payment obligation remains fully intact. Football Shop United reserves the right to recover all resulting costs, including administrative, collection, and legal costs, from the customer.

4. Retention of Title and Right of Suspension

All delivered products remain the property of Football Shop United until the customer has fully complied with all obligations arising from the agreement, including payment, costs, and any damages.

Football Shop United reserves the right to suspend delivery or reclaim already delivered products in case of non-compliance.

5. Delivery, Execution, and Transfer of Risk

Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a strict deadline. Exceeding a delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation, dissolution, or suspension.

The risk of loss, damage, or disappearance transfers to the customer at the moment the products are delivered to the address specified by the customer. The carrier's registration serves as conclusive proof of delivery.

Football Shop United is not liable for delays, errors, or damages caused by carriers, customs, logistics partners, or other third parties.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

Consumers have the right to withdraw from an agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons, in accordance with applicable legislation. The withdrawal must be unambiguously communicated within this period.

After notification of withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days. The product must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition, including labels and packaging.

If the product has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, Football Shop United reserves the right to apply a reduction in value. If the product is no longer saleable, the return may be refused.

The costs for return shipment are for the account of the customer, unless otherwise provided by law. The risk of return shipment lies with the customer until the product has been received and inspected by Football Shop United.

7. Specific Conditions for Clothing and Hygiene

Clothing and fashion items may only be tried on as is customary in a physical store. Use beyond trying on, including wearing outdoors, washing, or damaging, will be considered as use and will lead to a reduction in value or refusal of return.

Products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons may be excluded from the right of withdrawal if the seal has been broken or the product has clearly been used.

Football Shop United reserves the right to inspect returns and apply a partial refund if the condition of the product gives cause for it.

8. Product Information, Conformity, and Expectations

Football Shop United strives for the most accurate representation of products possible. Deviations in color, fit, material, or finish may occur and do not constitute a defect, unless these deviations are substantial and impede normal use.

No guarantee is given for subjective expectations such as personal taste, fit, or style perception. The customer remains responsible for making an appropriate choice.

9. Website Usage and Prohibited Acts

The customer is not permitted to use the website in violation of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals. It is also forbidden to use the website for fraud, hacking, malware distribution, data theft, or other harmful activities.

Football Shop United reserves the right to block access to the website and take legal action in case of violation.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the website, content, designs, and products belong to Football Shop United or its licensors. It is forbidden to copy, distribute, or commercially exploit material without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Football Shop United is not liable for any direct or indirect damage, including but not limited to consequential damage, loss of profit, missed savings, reputational damage, data loss, or business stagnation.

If liability is nevertheless established, it is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product concerned.

The customer fully indemnifies Football Shop United against all claims by third parties arising from the use of the website, violation of these terms and conditions, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Chargebacks, Fraud, and Abuse

Football Shop United maintains a strict policy against fraud and abuse. In the event of unjustified chargebacks, abuse of the right of withdrawal, or fraudulent actions, Football Shop United reserves the right to refuse further orders, block accounts, recover damages and costs, and take legal action.

All costs resulting from abuse are entirely for the account of the customer.

14. Force Majeure

Football Shop United is not liable for shortcomings due to force majeure, including but not limited to malfunctions, cyberattacks, transport problems, pandemics, strikes, and government measures.

15. Third Parties and External Services

Football Shop United collaborates with third parties for hosting, payments, and logistics. Football Shop United is not liable for errors, delays, or damages caused by these parties.

16. Privacy and Data Processing

Personal data is processed in accordance with Football Shop United's privacy policy.

17. Termination and Suspension

Football Shop United reserves the right to terminate or suspend the agreement or access to the website in case of violation of these terms and conditions.

18. Proof and Administration

The administration of Football Shop United, including digital data and communication, serves as conclusive evidence, subject to counter-evidence from the customer.

19. Severability

If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully in force.

20. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

21. Amendments
