Football Shop United strives to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding recognized public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Although Football Shop United endeavors to process orders within the same day, processing time can take up to one to three business days, especially during busy periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances. Processing times are indicative and not binding.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code, where available.

3. Shipping and delivery

All orders are shipped via external logistics partners. Football Shop United uses traceable shipping methods but relies on third parties for actual delivery.

Stated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and local conditions. Football Shop United does not guarantee delivery times and is not liable for delays in delivery.

The risk of loss, damage, or delay of the shipment transfers to the customer at the moment the order is handed over to the carrier. If a shipment is registered as delivered by the carrier, this serves as proof of delivery, unless the customer provides convincing counter-evidence.

4. Shipping costs and free shipping

Football Shop United may offer free shipping from a certain order amount, depending on the customer's region. If applicable, free shipping will be automatically applied during the checkout process.

Additional shipping costs or surcharges may apply for certain remote areas. These surcharges remain applicable even if the order qualifies for free shipping.

Football Shop United reserves the right to change shipping costs and free shipping conditions at any time.

5. Customs, import duties, and taxes

For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

6. Cancellations and modifications

Football Shop United is not liable for errors in address or contact details provided by the customer. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect data, the consequences and any additional costs will be entirely borne by the customer.

7. Delays and exceptional circumstances

During busy periods, promotions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. Football Shop United is not liable for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to logistical problems, customs checks, weather conditions, or disruptions in transport networks.

Such delays do not entitle the customer to compensation, dissolution of the agreement, or reimbursement of shipping costs.

8. Damaged or lost shipments

If an order arrives damaged, the customer must report this in writing to Football Shop United within five business days of receipt, including clear evidence, such as photos of the damage.

If a shipment appears to be lost, Football Shop United will initiate an investigation with the carrier. The outcome of this investigation will determine further handling. Football Shop United reserves the right not to offer compensation or replacement if the carrier confirms that the shipment was delivered correctly.

9. Refusal of delivery and return by carrier

If an order is refused by the customer upon delivery or not collected from a pick-up point, it may be returned to the sender. In such cases, Football Shop United reserves the right to deduct incurred costs, including shipping costs and administrative fees, from any refund.

If additional costs arise from re-shipping an order, these will be entirely borne by the customer.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Football Shop United is not liable for damages resulting from delays, loss, damage, or non-delivery of orders by third parties.

Football Shop United's liability is at all times limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product concerned.

11. Evidentiary position

The administration of Football Shop United and its logistics partners, including shipping confirmations and tracking information, serves as conclusive evidence in disputes, subject to counter-evidence from the customer.
